You know what’s truly insane if you run a local construction business?

At any point you’re always just one step away from DOUBLING the entire business, everything.

The problem is that a lot of people know this and they actually believe it as well. But the problem is they don’t know exactly what and there is so much information out there.

I’m sure you can ask chat gpt and it will give you a four page dissertation, babbling on to you about stuff that has very little actionable value anyway.

You need to know what TO DO to get these results.

When I talk to clients the first thing I check is;

· Do we have fulfilment problems?

· Do we have a marketing problem?

· Do we have a conversion problem?

· Do we have a customer service problem?

Where’s the biggest pain point? What is going wrong? Or where are we making the biggest strides. Then we attack that full force, throwing everything at it. And then on to the next thing.
