Are you sick of losing out on tenders?

 

You know how it goes, you get the call, get your hopes up, put in a load of effort and then still lose.

 

It can particularly hurt if your loosing more than 4 in a row.

 

So what do you need to fix? The company might be nice and give you some sort of answer, but…

 

I know the real answer, and it might surprise you.

 

 

The real answer is you didn’t do enough marketing, let me explain.

 

 

Imagine you run a football club and your in desperate need of a new striker, trials begin.

 

 

 First guy is completely unknown, comes in pulls out a decent performance and even scores a goal. Then Messi comes down to the trial and says I want the job I’m not doing your trial.

 

 

Who are you going to pick?

 

 

Obviously Messi.

 

 

That’s because you already know him , you’ve seen him play you know his track record.

 

 

The same goes for you and your clients, the more marketing you get out there the closer you become to the Lionel of your industry.

 

 

You need to blast; show off what you do get in your clients mind.

So next time the phone rings and a client wants you to tender for a project in their head you’ve already won the game.
