You need to start doing less to get more done.


If you run your own business you know how it is, you do everything.


It gets stressful and overwhelming but the problem is…


 I kind of like stress and if you also run a business you probably also kind of like stress.

We are kind of Ok with it, if I wasn’t ok with it I would have gotten a job at the council or something.


The issue with that is that you get used to stress and high workloads so much that you get into this perpetual state where you get everything done but not really. Probably 80% done.


When I take on clients and we start looking at their operations to see where we put the focus.


A lot of the times we start by taking things off the to do list.


 What we are really trying to do is to get less on your list so that whatever happens, happens in the best way possible. You actually over deliver.


The offer you are running right now would probably be better if we made it more simple, if we just focused on the 20% of it that get’s you 80% of results.


It sounds weird but you need to start doing less to get more work done.
